DSD runs a Residency 2 course every year in São Paulo in Brazil, an intense week of live treatment planning with Christian Coachman and the DSD Team within an established DSD Clinic setting. Described as an Over-The-Shoulder, Holistic, Interdisciplinary, Clinical & Technical Live program, the Residency 2 has been designed to help DSD Members to further implement the DSD Concept in their clinics. Participants get a unique front row seat experience with real cases delivered by an interdisciplinary team of a thriving DSD Clinic and witness first-hand the dynamic and complete digital workflow on several types of cases.

In addition, participation is encouraged in case brainstorm sessions as well as interaction with the team during the decision making process of how, when and why each procedure should be done. Learning topics include Complete Digital Solutions for All Clinical Procedures; Innovative, Realistic and Useful Technology, Pioneering Digital Treatment Planning Session, CAD/CAM Systems, Interdisciplinary Treatment Planning, Decision Making Process and Functional-Esthetic Integration, Facially Driven Digital Smile Design Protocol.

• Intraoral scanner FAQs - this was a new session where everyone shared their most important questions about using an intraoral scanner and it was a big success, with experts from all major systems sharing honest feedback about the pros and cons of each system.
  
  
• The DSD Natural Restoration Case - was once again handled beautifully by the DSD Lab.
  
  
• Dr Angelo Raphael gave a great lecture and great CAD work.
  
  
• Guest speakers sharing amazing content - once again I was so proud to be able to bring lectures from thought leaders from across the world to participants.
  
  
• The DSD Party just gets better - it’s official, DSD throws the best parties in the dental business!
